Metode Jigsaw : Contoh Percakapan Bahasa Inggris Dalam Kelas
Apa kabar sahabat IBI? supaya sehat selalu ya…
Oke pada kesempatan kali ini kita aakan membahas perihal tumpuan percakapan bahasa inggris didalam kelas memakai metode jigsaw. Sebelumnya kita harus tahu dulu apa si metode jigsaw itu? metode Jigsaw adalah salah satu dari metode-metode kooperatif yang paling fleksibel (Slavin). Model pembelajaran Jigsaw merupakan salah satu variasi model Collaborative Learning yaitu proses berguru kelompok dimana setiap anggota menyumbangkan informasi, pengalaman, ide, sikap, pendapat, kemampuan, dan keterampilan yang dimilikinya, untuk secara bahu-membahu saling meningkatkan pemahaman seluruh anggota.
Namun kali ini IBI akan menunjukkan tumpuan percakapan bahasa inggris menggunaakan jigsaw yang anggota kelompoknya yang lebih sederhana yaitu hanya dua murid (pairs/berpasangan), mari kita simak bersama.
Dalam metode ini (Jigsaw) biasanya kita harus memakai sumber warta yang akan dibagikan atau ditukarkan dengan anggota lain. dan kali ini sumber warta yang digunakan yakni gambar yaitu dengan figur yang sama namun mempunyai beberapa perbedaan sepeerti ciri-ciri fisik maupun aksesoris yang dipakai. Berikut ini yakni gambar yang digunakan :

A : hairband?
B : yes. In my picture her eyes color is blue how about your picture?
A : she has brown eyes
2. A : hi, dion I will tell you about my picture. Her is eh she is Agnes Monica,in my picture she has uh… long and uh..wavy…hair.
B : in my picture Agnes ..uh…(thinking) she has black hair and what ya? Tied up..
A : what? Tied up?
B : yeah tied up .you know.. diikat.
A : oh.. okay. well in my picture agnes wear eyeglass uh…and she wear hair accessory what ya… bandana itu.
B : In my picture she wear accessory uh…like princes uh,,
A : crown?
B : yes
3. A : hello jo
B : hi
A : how are you today?
B : I’m fine thank you and you?
A : I’m fine too
B : by the way, what do you bring?
A : uh this is a picture jo
B : really?
A : yeah, of course
B : I have a picture too
A : em.. that’s good, my picture look so beautiful, how about your picture jo?
B : my picture looks so beautiful too. She has long and brown hair
A : wow..in my picture she has long… eh…and she has black hair and her hair tied up than she has blue eyes, how about your picture?
B : in my picture she has brown eyes but she wears glasses and hairband
A : she wears hairband too but in my picture she also wears necklace and earing
B : necklace?
A : yes
B : she doesn’t wear necklace and earing
A : so, and the last in my picture, the color of her lipstick is red
B : in my picture the color of her lipstick is pink
A : that’s good. In my imagination your picture look beautiful, may I look your picture?
B : yes of course
A : look so beautiful jo
B : what do you think there are more differences?
A : no I think enough
B : okay jo thank you
A : you’re welcome

A :yeah I mean wavy hair. And her hair color is brown, what about your picture?
B : in my picture she.. uh..apa ya..(thinking)

B : her hair is uh…tied up and her hair color is black
A : oh I see, in my picture she wear eyeglass uh… circle!
B : in my picture ..Uh… she wear necklace too.
A : Pardon? Neck?
B : necklace, accessory
5. A : okay I will describe my picture first, in my picture uh… she has long hair, in your picture?
B : in my picture she uh…. diikat..uh…
A : tied up?
B : Pardon?
A : maybe you mean is tied up, diikat in Indonesia
B : yeah
A : okay, now let’s discuss the other, in my picture the color of her lips is pink how about your picture?
B : in my picture her lips color is red. How about your accessories?
A : she just wears uh… eyeglass and hairband, and your picture?
B : in my picture she wear uhh.. crown uh… earing and necklace
A : What?
B : she wear crown, earing and necklace.
Demikin yang IBI sanggup smaikan supaya sanggup bermanfaat dan dijadikan sumber berguru bahasa Inggris bagi sahabat IBI semua.
