What are The Prepositional Phrases?
Prepositional phrases are groups of words containing prepositions. Remember that prepositions are words that indicate the relationships between various elements within a sentence, and you’ll never have difficulty identifying prepositional phrases.
A prepositional phrase is a group of words that lacks either a verb or a subject, and that functions as a unified part of speech. It normally consists of a preposition and a noun or a preposition and a pronoun.
Prepositional phrase ialah adonan antara kata depan (preposition) dan objek-nya (disebut object of preposition) yang sanggup berupa noun (phrase), pronoun, atau gerund.

Prepositional phrase jenis ini berfungsi sebagai Adjectives yang mengambarkan Noun atau Pronoun oleh alasannya itu Prepositional ini disebut dengan istilah Adjective Prepositional Phrase
Adverbial Prepositional Phrases
Jenis Prepositional phrase yang satu ini berfungsi sebagai adverb yang mengambarkan verb, adjective, atau adverb lain yang berada di dalam suatu kalimat, maka dari itu prepositional Phrase ini disebut Adverbial Prepositional Phrases.
Secara umum yang termasukm kedalam prepositions ialah about, after, at, before, behind, by, during, for, from, in, of, over, past, to, under, up, and with.
